Room Gift Certificates and Package Gift Certificates are Available.
All rates include a splendid five-course breakfast in our formal dining room.
Rates are based on double occupancy. Please add $40 per night for each additional guest.
Rocky Springs Bed & Breakfast is a non-smoking facility.
We welcome well-behaved children over the age of 12.
Any dietary needs are happily accommodated with adequate prior notice.
Check In: 4:00 p.m.
Check Out: 11:00 a.m.
All reservations must be secured with payment via Visa^® or MasterCard^®.
Cancellations or changes must be made at least 14 days prior to your check in date. Before the 14 day cut off, cancellations will be refunded minus a $35 cancellation fee. Reservations cancelled after the 14 day cut off are not refundable.
